Position: Document Quality Assurance Manager
Definition: The Regional Operations RCM oversees the DQA and Facility Billing processes in designated locations within the company. This person also acts as a liaison between Operations and the Central Billing Office, providing direction and leadership to the operation’s processes regarding DQA and Facility Billing.
Specific Duties:
- Manage Regional DQA team supervisors and Facility Contract Billers to include timekeeping.
- Monitor Hold Dashboard for all operations and assist to reduce days to bill.

Monitor DQA workflows for all operations.

Monthly DQA Productivity/Accuracy Reporting

Manage the licensure for each Operation to ensure no lapse in renewal.
- Update the license and contract database with expiration dates.

Provide support and education for Operations regarding DQA and Facility Billing processes.

Review Facility aging reports with Facility Billers

Review, Sign, and Approve legal letters for Facility Billers.

Assist Operations/Hold Specialists/DQA Supervisors by reviewing Service Level and GY holds.

Assist DQA Supervisors in finding out of area DQA coverage due to staffing shortages.
- Identify and recommend solutions to Operations process improvement that affect billing.

Performs as liaison between RCM and Operations

Attend meetings when requested.

Participate in company projects as requested.
Minimum Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle with management experience preferred.

Exceptional attention to detail required.

High school diploma.

Experience with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
