Job Duties
Assistant the Speech Language Pathologist in the screening and assessment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
Implement speech and language programs or activities as planned and directed by the speech language pathologist.
Monitor the use of alternate and augmentative devices and systems. Prepare materials for low-tech augmentive systems.
Assist staff with feeding and swallowing programs developed and directed by the speech language pathologists.
Maintain client files and information.
Represent the speech department during the staffing and facility meetings.
