Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, insurance products, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Duties:
- Market and sell insurance products to potential clients
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and suggest suitable policies
- Provide guidance on claims procedures and policy renewals
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads
- Negotiate terms with insurance carriers on behalf of clients
- Administer benefits and process policy changes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in insurance sales
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Strong analytical skills to assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with benefits administration is advantageous
- Proficiency in sales administration tools and techniques
