Skills needed for success-
-Responsible for daily opening tasks, set up, prep and lunch hour meal tickets, as well as end of shift prep to prepare for the next shift
-Must follow proper kitchen safety and sanitary procedures
-Maintain a clean work station throughout entire shift
-Responsible for pasta, fryer, grill, hot and cold subs
-Must be fast paced and quick thinking
-Exhibit efficient time management
-Must be able to track, coordinate and communicate ticket times between hot and cold side as well as rest of kitchen
-Able to efficiently communicate throughout entire kitchen
-Coordinate between dine in, take out and delivery tickets
-Responsible for end of shift checklists, including cleaning work stations and restocking.
-Must have reliable transportation
-Morning shift 9am-3pm
-Nights/weekend shift available
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
