The Lullabar is a fairly new concept that promotes self-care and community for everyone, especially families. Our primary services include a coffee shop, nail salon, kids play space, special events & classes. Our customers are parents of young children, primarily mothers who seek some time for themselves while their children are safely nearby in our play space! Although we are a family-friendly environment, many customers who do not have children also enjoy our space and services due to our welcoming and beautiful atmosphere, excellent services, and amazing customer service.
This position will report to our Assistant Manager.
About the Role:
The Front Desk Lead Receptionist is essential in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring excellent customer experiences at The Lullabar. This position is responsible for managing the front desk operations and staff, greeting customers, scheduling appointments, and assisting with inquiries. The Front Desk Lead will ensure all other front desk assistants are trained and executing their duties effectively and will be the main point of contact for any inquiries or issues that need resolving from the staff. This person will also collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and resolve customer issues as well as any booking software-related issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Front Desk: Greet customers, assist in scheduling appointments, respond to inquiries, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of The Lullabar.
- Customer Experience: Uphold high standards of customer service, address concerns and feedback promptly, and ensure staff adheres to the Customer Experience Checklist.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to maintain efficient processes and resolve operational issues.
- Scheduling Support: Assist in managing the scheduling of appointments and ensure proper time allocation for services. Ensure all classes and appointments are properly scheduled on our booking platform to prevent errors and future confusion.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Adhere to and help improve current SOPs to enhance operational efficiency.
- Company Culture: Contribute to a positive company culture by engaging with staff and participating in team bonding activities.
Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service and team collaboration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with customers.
