Position Overview:

Core Responsibilities:
- Schedule Management: Plan and manage delivery schedules, coordinate with drivers, and optimize routes to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
- Customer Support: Serve as the primary contact for delivery inquiries, providing timely updates and swiftly resolving any issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Order Handling: Accurately process and verify delivery orders, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous delivery records and generate performance reports to track and improve operational efficiency.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve delivery challenges, such as delays or damages, and implement preventive measures.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse and customer service teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all delivery processes comply with company standards and industry regulations.
Additional Duties:
- Route Optimization: Utilize software tools to analyze delivery routes and recommend improvements that reduce transit times and costs.
- Technology Integration: Stay updated on the latest logistics technologies and suggest enhancements to boost operational efficiency.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge delivery success and identify improvement opportunities.
- Training and Support: Mentor new team members on delivery protocols and customer service best practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office.
- Keen attention to detail and robust problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: $25.62 - $28.44 per hour
