Job Summary:
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating company databases with accuracy and efficiency. Your primary responsibility will be to transcribe, file, and computerize data into designated systems. You will work closely with the administrative team to ensure seamless order entry processes and uphold data integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Transcribe data from various sources into electronic format
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and speed
- Maintain and update databases with new information
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered
- Collaborate with the administrative team to support office operations
- File and organize documents for easy retrieval
- Assist in computerizing systems for efficient data management
Skill Requirements:
· Quality or regulatory experience a plus
· Experience with Excel, Access and ERP systems, preferably Oracle
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills
· Proven ability to work successfully with other departments Proven Customer interface skills
Required/ Preferred Education and Experience:
· HS Diploma/equivalent;
· Two year degree preferred or 3-5+ years of experience
