Qualifications
- Valid Drivers License
- Valid Vehicle Insurance/Registration
- CPR/ First Aid Certification (Required)
- Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
- CPI (Non crisis prevention Intervention
- Physical
- Live scan
- Social Security Card
- DMV Print out
Summary of duties and responsibilities:
Personal Attendants reports directly to the SLS Supervisor/Director and is responsible for the daily care of adults with intellectual disabilities. Duties of a personal attendant include:
- Supervising
- Setting up for self admin of medication, meals, and snacks
- Communicating with previous staff regarding prior shift
- Organizing and participating in activities in home and in the community
- Cleaning duties including but not limited to room checks, sweep, mop, kitchen duties
- Keeping record of consumer daily schedule

- Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
