Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Call Center
Representative to join the team at Multi- Specialty dental office. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will answer phone calls, schedule patient appointments, confirm patients,collect payment and insurance information and assist administrative staff as needed. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience as a receptionist preferably in a medical or dental office.
- Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
