Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Quality of Earnings (QoE) Director with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation to join our team. The QoE Director will play a critical role in our transaction advisory services, providing in-depth financial analysis and due diligence support for mergers and acquisitions (M&A). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in public accounting, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Quality of Earnings engagements, including financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
- Perform detailed analysis of financial statements, identify key trends, and evaluate the quality of earnings, cash flow, and working capital.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business operations, financial performance, and key value drivers.
- Develop comprehensive QoE reports and presentations, summarizing findings and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Assist clients in identifying potential risks, opportunities, and strategic considerations during the transaction process.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional development and ensuring high-quality work.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to continually enhance the quality of our services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and demonstrating a commitment to client success.
Qualifications:
- CPA designation is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on transaction advisory services and financial due diligence.
- Extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting principles.
- Proven experience leading and managing Quality of Earnings engagements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify key issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and financial analysis software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a commitment to fostering a collaborative team environment.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $235,000.00 per year
