REQUIREMENTS:
You will need:
* A Florida real estate license
* Excellent interpersonal skills (both oral and written)
* Self-motivation and discipline to work independently
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Skype, Adobe, CRM system
* Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
* Some college or equivalent entrepreneurial experience
* Some understanding of business accounting, financial statements
* A positive attitude and excellent work ethic
COMPENSATION:
This is an Independent Contractor, commission-only opportunity.
* $100,000+ at plan commission
