Our client is seeking a motivated and dynamic Client Sales Representative to join their team. As a key player in sales department, you will be responsible for driving new business and maintaining relationships with valued clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a deep understanding of the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultations: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
Sales Presentations: Effectively present and explain our insurance products and services, highlighting benefits and features tailored to the client's needs.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Policy Management: Assist clients in the completion of application forms, review coverage and pricing options, and ensure timely policy issuance.
Customer Service: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and claims in a prompt and professional manner.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' products to provide clients with up-to-date information.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Licenses: Relevant insurance sales licenses as required by state regulations.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
