We have an immediate opening for an experienced financial advisor. RTA & Associates Financial and Insurance Services Inc. has been in business since 1979, serving Ventura Country, Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire.
The position is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships by developing and nourishing new clients and prospects. This role will partner with a more experienced advisor and on their own. One-on-one mentorship with our President and CEO, as well as team-based learning through weekly training to help you develop and flourish. Additionally, all marketing is provided by RTA & Associates Financial and Insurance Services Inc. This role will report to the President/CEO
Responsibilities Include:
- Work various lead sources, conduct client meetings, offer and advise on product solutions that fit clients’ financial needs
- Manage and foster all client relationships in a healthy manner

- Dropbox competent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Superior communications skills, both oral and written; effective interpersonal. skills.
- Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
- Industry experience is not required but you must be willing to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Starting $100,000/$150,000 including tiered bonus and commissions based on experience and verified production.
