Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Sales Executive/Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a background in chemical engineering and at least one year of experience in a similar role. This position will focus on developing potential markets for our STP solutions in the Cebu and Visayas region, with a strong emphasis on bio-augmentation and waste management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for STP solutions in the Cebu and Visayas region.
- Identify and approach potential clients in the STP sector, understanding their specific needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our products and services.
- Provide expert technical support and advice to clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Facilitate bio-augmentation processes in clients' facilities, ensuring effective integration and optimization of STP treatments.
- Understand and explain bio-augmentation and its benefits to clients, providing detailed information and support for implementation.
- Advise clients on waste management practices and solutions, enhancing their overall STP efficiency.
- Collaborate with the technical team to stay updated on the latest product developments, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation required for the sales process.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our products.
- Track and report on sales activities, progress, and market feedback.
