Position Overview:
The Operations Assistant will enhance HR capabilities and ensure operational excellence across the board. Ideal for an organized, proactive individual, this position operates within a fast-paced setting, offering a chance to contribute significantly to our client’s mission through effective cross-departmental coordination and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between HR and operations, promoting seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
- In charge of the end-to-end onboarding process.
- Develop, analyze, and present reports on sales metrics to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Manage administrative duties, focusing on inventory control and audits, to ensure accurate tracking and availability of supplies.
- Collaborate with teams to align operations with company objectives, addressing challenges as they arise.
- Support to the HR department, contributing to the company’s online presence and engagement strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Effective multitasking and organizational skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Technological proficiency, comfortable using various software and systems.
- Ability to physically lift items weighing up to 35 pounds as part of daily tasks.
- High school diploma or GED required; college experience preferred.
- Some experience in an office setting.
