As a Senior Knowledge Analyst (SKA) within in BCG's Health Care Systems group (within the Public Sector Practice Area) you will work in a growing global team, providing expertise and insights whilst working together with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory. You’ll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues.
Additionally, you will support the Health Care Systems group in developing existing & new intellectual property and knowledge assets. You will work on commercialization efforts for the topic/sector, in conjunction with business leaders, supporting marketing efforts, conferences and publications. As a Senior Knowledge Analyst you will assist with on-boarding, training and guiding junior colleagues and share best practices within the team.

2+ years of consulting experience in relevant state health policy including Medicaid required; candidates with consulting experience preferred

In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required; 4-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred

Experience with public sector proposal writing and development
- Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment

U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. federal government security clearance

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.
We expect total annualized compensation for New York City-based employees to be approximately the following:

Base salary between $97,000- $112,400 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level

Annual discretionary performance bonus between 0-16%

5% Profit Sharing Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution, increasing to 10% after two years of service. Contributions are vested immediately and there is no waiting period
