We are looking for a committed Physical Therapist to join our growing team that serves the 0-3 year old Early Intervention population with a caseload of 10-20+ treatment hours/week. At Abilities Pediatric Physical Therapy, PC we value all that therapists give to our clients and aim to promote a healthy work-life balance. No micromanaging; you create your own schedule and caseload amount.
Responsibilities
- Perform standardized assessments at evaluations and create goals with family
- Manage scheduling clients
- Complete timely documentation
- Provide evidence-based therapy to clients in their home environment
- Educate and instruct parents on daily integration of therapy strategies
Minimum Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree
- CA PT license
- Clinical pediatric experience - open to new grads
- Friendly, outgoing demeanor
- Experience with working with families
- Able to meet deadlines, detail and task-oriented
- Well-versed in gross motor milestones
Preferred Qualifications
- Sensory Integration experience
- Bilingual Spanish
- Experience with toe walkers, preemies, screening for neuro referrals, bracing needs etc. are also highly valued.
