As an Associate Human Resources Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic consultant to business leaders, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters. You will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and driving employee engagement and performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support business objectives.

Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and attract top talent.
3.
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management.
4.
Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and support employee development initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities across the organization.
5.
Performance Management: Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms, to drive employee engagement and productivity.
6.
Compensation and Benefits: Partner with the compensation and benefits team to ensure competitive and equitable compensation packages and benefits offerings.
7.
HR Compliance: Stay up to date on employment laws and regulations, ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, and mitigate legal risks.
8.
Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, including restructurings, mergers, and acquisitions, by providing HR expertise and guidance.
9.
Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive work culture, enhance employee morale, and improve employee retention.

HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and metrics to analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to drive business outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus
- 2-4 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR business partnering
- Understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Salary range: $61,440 - $92,160. This base salary range is a good faith estimate. Based on candidate skills/experience the final offer may be lower/higher.
