Role
You must live in Austin, Tx area.
This role is primarily focused on scheduling and facilitating interviews for HR and the field as needed. The assistant is dedicated to ensuring our candidates have a positive and lasting impression of our company. This position will support our Leadership and Human Resource Team, quickly and efficiently navigating last-minute changes and requests.
- Perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files and sorting mail for the Human Resources department
- Enter employment data into Payroll database
- Track and update all employee records into required systems
- Assist HR and management team with the hiring process, including submitting job postings online and scheduling candidate interviews
- Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations and employee training sessions
Requirements
- Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Must currently live in north Austin, Tx surrounding area
- Demonstrated excellence in organizational skill, time management, and creativity, performed in dynamic work environments
- Attention to detail for job postings
- Excellent verbal communicator with exceptional written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of MS Office
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a HR assistant in a fast-paced, start-up type atmosphere, or in a similar professional coordination role (preferred)
- 3+ years’ related administrative experience
- Experience with Paychex Flex is preferred
- Experience providing exceptional candidate or customer experience (preferred)
- HR-related experience in Food Service industry (preferred)
- Familiar with applicant tracking database systems an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,403.00 - $44,708.00 per year
