Personal Injury Law Firm is looking to hire a personal injury pre-litigation legal assistant/case manager. The candidate must have a minimum of 1 year experience in Personal Injury Law. Must also be extremely proficient at the basic tasks required including the following:
- Handle an average of 75 Cases
- Conducting New Case intakes
- Sending letters of representation
- Opening insurance claims
- Confirming coverage
- Requesting police reports
- Clearing liability
- Preparing DMV forms
- Negotiating property damage claims
- Coordinating medical treatment
- Preparing demand letters
- Interacting with adjusters and defense counsel
- Negotiating bodily injury claims
- Performing lien negotiations
- Case management
Speaking and writing Spanish is a big plus.
A high level of professionalism is expected. Candidate must have good customer service skills to keep clients informed about their cases.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
