Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Territory Managers to join our growing team. The successful candidate(s) will have a proven track record as an outside sales representative in the fashion industry, along with a substantial book of business. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence across North America, developing strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
We are specifically seeking:
- Southwest Territory Manager
- Midwest Territory Manger
- Northeast Territory Manager
Key Responsibilities of a Territory Manager:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets in the Southwest territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Represent Lane Seven Apparel at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
Qualifications of a Territory Manager:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an outside sales representative in the fashion industry.
- Proven track record of sales success and a substantial book of business.
- Strong understanding of the 'blank' apparel market and related products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to travel within your region as needed.
- Proficiency in using our CRM (Hubspot) software and other sales tools.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
