Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and possess strong communication skills.
Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers and Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer emails
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of jewelry or electronics sales is a plus
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and transactions
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
