- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM to track sales activities and manage customer accounts
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
Experience:
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, business development, or account management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor solutions
- Experience in technology sales is a plus
- Proficiency in warm calling techniques and building rapport with clients
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software for managing accounts
