Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team at Avamere Crestview of Portland as a Dietitian and play a crucial role in enhancing the health and well-being of our clients. We are seeking a passionate individual with expertise in diagnostic evaluation, patient assessment, tube feeding, physiology knowledge, aliment, dietetics, and health coaching to provide exceptional care and guidance.
Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine clients' nutritional needs
- Develop personalized dietary plans based on individual health goals and medical conditions
- Educate clients on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle modifications
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust dietary plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Provide guidance on tube feeding procedures when necessary
- Utilize physiology knowledge to address nutritional deficiencies and promote overall wellness
- Offer health coaching to support clients in achieving their dietary and wellness objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification required
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in clinical nutrition or related settings
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide compassionate care
