**Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Team Member to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the dental field and be familiar with dental office operations. The Front Office Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office.
**Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate patient scheduling and ensure timely appointments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using dental software such as Eaglesoft, Fuse, and Softdent.
- Monitor and manage office inventory and supplies.
- Oversee the maintenance of the office and ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
- Handle patient concerns and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with medical and dental professionals to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Involved with the office's administrative tasks, including billing, insurance claims, and scheduling.
- Maintain high-quality care and improve patient satisfaction.
- Utilize dental software to manage patient records, scheduling, and billing.
- Develop and maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in dental office environment, preferably in front office.
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
- Experience with dental software such as Eaglesoft, Fuse, and Softdent.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.43 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
