We are seeking a Part-time Retail Sales/Account Coordinator to join our Mooresville team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our Account Coordinators must be able to work with Public Safety Accounts and General Workwear accounts. This is a multi-functional role that requires retail sales and account coordination. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about sales and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Monitor customer feedback and develop strategies to address any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

- Opening and Closing of Store
- Register Operations
- Merchandising
- Daily Storefront Tasks
- Receiving of product
