We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregiver's to join our team. Caregivers play a vital role in providing essential healthcare to our residents/patients.

Job Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, feeding, and assisting with ADL's
- Vital Signs Monitoring: Regularly monitory and record all vital signs such as BP, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation, and report any abnormalities to the nursing staff.
- Mobility Assistance: Help patients with mobility issues, including transferring and positioning, to prevent pressure ulcers and maintain their comfort.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting care provided, changes in condition, and any incidents.
- Companionship: Offer emotional support, companionship, and engage in meaningful interactions with patients to enhance their quality of life.
- Safety: Ensure a safe environment for patients by identifying and addressing potential hazards and promptly responding to emergencies.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with the healthcare team, patients, and their families, providing updates on patient progress and reporting any concerns.
- Hygiene & Sanitation: Maintain a clean and hygienic environment for patients, including assisting with toileting, changing linens, and keeping patient areas organized.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:

- Flexibility to adapt to ever-changing situations.
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Home Care Aide (HCA) or be able to obtain required certification within 120 days of hire.

Wage Range: $18 - $23 Depending on experience and certifications
Current Shifts Available:
Day: 6a - 2p | Swing: 2p - 10p | NOC: 10p - 6a
$250 Sign On Bonus!
