Summary and Objectives
The LP/AP Analyst assists the LP/AP Manager in reducing total company shrink by supporting company initiatives to drive awareness through store partnerships and audits.
Essential Functions
1. Responsible for deterring theft and investigating if an incident occurs.
2. Responsible for building relationships with Field Coaches and Directors to ensure LP support for sites.
3. Respond to Incident reports effectively and in a timely manner.
4. Utilize technology, analyze reports, and conduct audits of sites.
5. Cash Handling and transport.
6. Vendor Point of Contact.
7. Corporate steward and exemplify the Team Member and Company Core Values.
8. A person of Integrity in all actions, at and beyond the company.
Site Support
- Review area of responsibility incident reports in a timely manner.
- Conduct periodic cash audits at all assigned sites.
- Conduct LP audits, remotely and in-person.
- Cooperate with Law Enforcement for prosecutions and any requests for evidence.
- Pursue bad checks for prosecution.
- Initiate investigations into cash, lottery, and inventory shortages.
Required Education and Experience
- H.S. Diploma
- Previous experience working in retail, with preference in Loss Prevention.
Special Knowledge/Skills
- Ability to read, write and count accurately to complete all documentation.
- Ability to speak effectively and communicate with Guests and Team Members.
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions.

Physical Demands
- Extended periods viewing computer monitor; prolonged periods of intense concentration.
- Heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds, carrying, moving, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, squatting, wrist flexion, and reaching, including overhead reaching.
- Occasional travel and driving.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time 40 hr. position, hours of work are 8am-5pm Mon thru Fri.

Salary Range: $12-$24 Hour Depending on Experience
