Position Summary: The Residential In-Home Sales Consultant will be responsible for building rapport with customers and presenting options. Ensuring that the customers' expectations are met, and payment has been secured.

Required Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Pass background and drug screens
-
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

2+ years of sales experience

In-home sales experience is a plus
-
Proficient in PC-based computer systems and software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Time and activity management skills

Team player who works and communicates well with people at all levels

Professional appearance

Ability to manage multiple ongoing opportunities/projects simultaneously

Ability to walk/navigate construction sites and buildings, climb ladders, traverse roofs

Residential load calculation experience preferred
