As a leader in the middle office team, you will work directly with the front office deal team and key external service providers where you will be responsible for supporting a large and well-connected investing business for all operational management and execution activities in the private credit sectors with a focus on fund operations. In this role you will be responsible for fund operations, including coordination and ownership of relations with outside fund administrators, fund auditors, fund investors, accounting, compliance, legal, tax, treasury, and front office. Additionally, you will handle the operational analysis of proposed transactions and implementation of appropriate procedures for effective day to day management. You will also be responsible for end-to-end transaction management including, advising and coordinating approvals from risk management, legal, finance, and accounting. Lastly, you will report portfolio metrics for Regional CIOs and have ownership of data in loan management and peripheral system.
Salary range for this position: $115,000 - $170,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
