Job description
Looking for multiple caring and patient direct support professionals for a young man with a developmental disability. He enjoys doing puzzles, playing games, bowling, going for walks at his local parks and lakes, and venturing out into his community to explore. You will be asked to assist him with light cleaning around the house. Schedules and punctuality are very important to him and his family. This person lives in their own home with their family, this is not a group home.
Training will be provided. Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred. Experience in crisis management with de-escalation and redirection is a must.
Very flexible/open availability
Per Diem and additional shifts also available for the right candidates.
$22.00 to $26.00 an hour based on experience and schedule.
Must be experienced and trained in Crisis Management training.
The employee must be willing to have a background check and drug screen done.
Must have a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle for transportation.
