Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations to present and sell Innovative Premier's products and services to potential customers.
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of our offerings, including cost savings and enhanced service quality.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and obtain referrals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide accurate information on our products, services, and pricing.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field; experience in residential sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for meeting new people and promoting products.
