Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments for our Account Executives with prospects. Hitting and meeting various KPI’s such as # calls, # meetings, # sales from those meetings will be measured. OPS provides a thorough sales training program, which includes service knowledge, mentorship, sales process and business development strategies.
Developing and qualifying leads to drive/set new meetings for OPS Account Execs through cold calling/prospecting and lead generation campaigns - Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, service presentations and driving new business - Submits invoices for Sales related expenses - Performs other duties as assigned - A self-starting personality with a spirit of entrepreneurship - Can be home office-based - Hunter sales mentality - goal-driven and self-motivated - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field - Experience with Hubspot
