**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Manager to join our team in providing exceptional service in a hotel setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and possess excellent customer service skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee all front desk operations and ensure efficient guest check-in and check-out processes
- Manage reservations and room assignments to optimize occupancy and revenue
- Train, supervise, and support front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of room inventory, rates, and guest information
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained - Conduct night audit procedures as needed
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
