Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage multiple projects at once & meet deadlines efficiently
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Manage calendars, documents, and emails
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Perform general clerical duties as needed
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience working in general contracting & project management is preferred
- Ability to transcribe and type accurately and efficiently
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail for filing and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies
- General clerical skills such as data entry, scanning, and faxing
This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a professional office or healthcare setting or in general contracting/project management.
