Job Overview:
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing transactions.
Duties:
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy
- Process billing statements and invoices
- Follow up on outstanding accounts and manage collections
- Utilize accounting software to record payments and track transactions
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with the accounting team for financial reporting
