The Mission of a Certified Trainer:
The mission of a certified trainer is to serve the Chick-fil-A brand by equipping Team Members with the resources and skills to execute Operational Excellence and to help build the Chick-fil-A culture through training and coaching. This can be done through a Certified Trainer role in the front of the house and/or the kitchen.
