The Coworking Center Manager’s main duty is to provide exemplary customer service to members and building management by creating a cohesive and prosperous coworking environment. The flexible workspace offers private offices, coworking, virtual offices and meeting rooms. The Center Manager will lead business development, center sales, and manage the day-to-day operations of the coworking facility. This person is also responsible for contract negotiations, accurate sales and marketing reports, billing of services to clients, creation of marketing plans, coordination of vendors and managing the coworking team.
Job Responsibilities
Business Development, Sales and Account Management
Field and qualify incoming leads to identify solution for company or individual needs
Conduct tours to work towards and maintain targeted occupancy goals and maximum revenue potential
Negotiate contract terms and close incoming leads
Assist with client upgrades and renewals as companies grow and expand
Maintain CRM platform and pipeline
Access and resolve any client issues or needs to ensure positive client experience
Account management and development
Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports to track ongoing and projected revenue and occupancy through sales progress
Build and maintain strong real estate broker relationships and oversee management of updated online sales portals
Engage with local communities by seeking and attending events and networking with local businesses and organizations
Contributes to the delivery of the social media strategy by working closely with assigned agency
Operations
Manage all on-site operations working closely with building management and local vendors
Maintain relationships with third-party suppliers, local businesses and look for opportunity to grow local knowledge of unique space within building
Serve as an amenity to the building, clients and local area
P&L management while approving purchase and supply orders
Team Management
Hire and train on-site team to assist clients with day to day needs and business support
Take responsibility for motivating, developing and guiding the team
Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews to ensure team is provided with clear objectives
Customer Service
Oversee the delivery of a range of services and customer initiatives to ensure exceptionally high levels of customer satisfaction are consistently delivered with a focus on continual improvement
Develop strong rapport with customers by developing good business relationships, reacting to feedback and resolving customer challenges
Manage all customer feedback to ensure continual improvement in our customers experiences
Maintain exceptionally high standards of building repair and condition, working in conjunction with the facilities team

Qualifications
Must have outside sales experience and former profit and loss reporting management experience.
Must be able to develop and evaluate facility performance summaries
Must have contract negotiation experience
Superior knowledge of co-working space functionality
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, accommodating and communicating to a broad range of clientele with varied needs
Able to think quickly and efficiently when confronted with a client request
Motivated self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision and be a creative problem solver
Possesses a professional demeaner and appearance
Strong planning and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Takes initiative and anticipates needs of others

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Direct real estate/hotel/event sales and marketing experience preferably coming from the hospitality industry with 3-5 years’ experience.
2+ years sales experience preferred
Demonstrated project management skills
Highly technically capable
Proficiency in MS Excel and other spreadsheets, experience with CRMs, i.e. Salesforce, Caterease, etc.
Able to understand and work with the variety of hardware and software applications
Experience with written content generation in a business environment and basic graphic design skills are a plus
Passion for the local entrepreneurial community
Interest in working independently as well as with property management and JLL Regional Manager
High-level ethics, empathy and dependability
Previous community involvement or networking experience is preferred
