Waxx Specialist - must have current Esthetician or Cosmetology License in KY (Required)
As a Waxx Specialist, you will support the success and growth of the store by specializing in full body speed waxing services for both men and women. Waxxpot offers an extensive week long, hands on training program for all new hires. Teamwork and an upbeat personality are a must! This is accomplished by daily hands on coaching and clear communication from your in-store leadership, as well as the corporate training team, upholding a culture that builds confidence, teamwork, guest engagement, as well as continuous development. All staff is expected to act as a reflection of the brand, exuding proper behavior and procedures. You will help to build guest loyalty by delivering consistent, exceptional customer service. Most importantly, all Waxx Specialists should be driven, self-motivated, and organized, while being a passionate team player. Other responsibilities/requirements may include, but are not limited to: completing daily itineraries and bi-weekly trackers, daily required store cleaning, effective communication, regular staff meetings, reviews, performance improvement plans, managing appointments in Zenoti, and lead generation through community building and professional social media engagement. Waxx Specialists will have daily/weekly coaching conversations with their manager, discussing individual KPI’s amongst the staff and in the store overall. ● Responsibilities including both client facing and business side tasks:
o Building loyal Clientele by providing consistent, premium customer service, follow upcalls, educating and rebooking guests
o Required to have flexibility in scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Requests off must be submitted for approval a minimum of 30 days in advance. Black-out dates include Valentine’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Christmas, and New Year’s. Changing permanent schedule requires a completed Wufoo form with a minimum of 30 days’ notice, understanding that there is no guarantee for approval.

o Must be coachable and open to continuous constructive feedback and development by in house trainers, management, and corporate trainers
o Must be goal driven and able to understand Key Performance Indicators measuring success and opportunities
o Must be able to communicate efficiently and effectively with all levels of staffing & clientele
o Must be willing to work community events, helping to build brand recognition
o Must attend monthly staff meetings, attend required network training calls, and other
occasional scheduled learning and development opportunities
o Required to work entire scheduled shift, arriving no later than 15 minutes early and only leaving early if approved/released by manager.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 37 per week
