Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on behavioral assessments
- Provide behavioral therapy and intervention services to individuals with ASD
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and families to ensure coordinated care for individuals with ASD
- Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals working with individuals with ASD
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
Requirements:
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCABA) certification
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to patient care
- Proficient writing and speaking English and Spanish.
-Ability to write a Behavior Interventions Plan or willing to learn how to do it.
- Recently Certified as BCBAs are welcome. We provide training for new BCBAs.
