Logistics & Administrative Security Manager - Friends in Low Places
Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Logistics and Administrative Security Manager to support the team and drive the culture of kindness and safety here at Friends in Low Places (FILP). This Manager role will report in directly to our General Manager here @ FILP and be stationed in Security Office Wednesday-Sunday on regular weeks with additional hours needed on holiday weeks or occasions that have special VIP needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Anticipate and accommodate needs of guests and employees and ensure a culture of guest accommodation and safety is rampant within the venue
- Perform the required general administrative and logistical functions.
- Prepare and maintain records, including receiving invoices and inventory, lost and found, equipment logs, and incident reports.
- Supervising, overseeing, and steering daily security staffing with 3rd party security company.
- Process lost and found inquiries, communicate with guests directly in a professional and customer service forward manner, prepare shipments.
- Prepare periodic/scheduled reports
- Full ownership of access control system which includes creating keys, auditing logs, ensuring equipment accountability.
- Perform supply, receiving, marking and warehousing activities.
- Monitor fire alarm system.
- Maintain active and accurate accounting of all equipment and supplies associated with this position.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
- Operating and monitoring of CCTV to help facilitate and coordinate security functions.
- Ensuring staff follow security procedures and guidelines
- Conducting security inspections as well as performing evaluations and preparing the organization for external inspections
- Managing security budgets and controlling spending whilst monitoring expenses
- Planning security operations and coordinating staff during emergencies and alarms, and for specific events
- Analyzing data and formulating proposals for improvements, such as implementing new technology/systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
