Base salary 65K to 85K plus 1% on Reconstruction and 2% on Mitigation

About the Position: As a Commercial Business Developer in the restoration industry, your primary focus will be selling our comprehensive insurance restoration services, including mitigation and reconstruction, for various incidents such as fire, water, wind, mold, and contents damage. Whether it's a small-scale or large-scale loss, our dedicated restoration company is committed to restoring residential and commercial properties to their former glory.
Requirements:
Experience in commercial business development, marketing, or sales within the water, fire, mold, contents, crime scene, carpet/floor cleaning, or insurance reconstruction sectors.
Experience in the disaster restoration industry is preferred but not required.
Demonstrated track record in commercial outside sales.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Implement an effective marketing strategy to identify and target clients in need of restoration services.
Meet or exceed sales quotas by engaging in the sales cycle, arranging face-to-face meetings, and actively participating in professional associations.
Build strong customer relationships by providing educational sessions, promoting continuing education courses, and emphasizing the benefits of emergency event preparation.
Encourage referrals to increase sales territory revenue.
Maintain detailed records for prospects and customers.
Monitor customer satisfaction through feedback forms, follow-up phone calls, and visits.
