- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
- Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
- Cook food in various utensils or grillers/fryers/ovens.
- Ensure great presentation.
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen (clean out grease traps, take out trash, sanitize all items as necessary).
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly keeping high quality of ingredients.
Keep manager/head cook informed of any inventory concerns
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Skills:
- - Knowledge of food safety
- Serv Safe food handler certification (will be required if not already completed)
- Proficient with POS system Toast (will have on site training available)

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
