Director of Operations
Job Description:
As the Director of Operations at Broadway Plus, you will be responsible for optimizing our organizational processes, enhancing efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment. Reporting directly to the executive team, you will lead initiatives to improve operational performance, facilitate communication, and support strategic growth. Your experience in project management, finance, and technology will be crucial to elevating our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Communication:
- Lead company meetings and ensure their effectiveness.
- Act as a liaison between executive leadership and the organization, facilitating communication and implementation of initiatives.
- Cultivate a positive and productive work environment through strong presence and communication skills.
Financial Management:
- Manage day-to-day financial activities, including payroll and contractor payments.
- Collaborate with the executive team to optimize financial performance.
Operational Efficiency:
- Conduct audits of company operations to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement software solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Human Resources:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee reviews.
- Assist with employee communications and minor disputes.
- Develop and track performance goals with the executive team.
Strategic Development:
- Work closely with company leadership to drive operational efficiency.
- Analyze data to develop improvement strategies and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a tech-forward environment.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in cash flow management and budgeting.
- Demonstrated ability to implement new software and improve operational processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and foster collaboration.
- Previous experience in a leadership role, with a track record of driving growth and increasing revenue.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
