We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our national tax firm. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the virtual office, and providing support to our clients and tax professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer service
- Office administration
- Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Project management
- Billing
- Provide general administrative support to tax professionals and other staff
- Assist with organizing meetings, conferences, and events
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration, preferably in a professional services environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Professional demeanor and appearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Experience working in a tax, accounting, or legal office
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Familiarity with tax software and databases

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
