Simple Technology Solutions (STS) is looking for a Senior Program Management Lead-Network to add to our team.

The Role:
The Senior Program Management Lead-Network at STS will be responsible for overseeing and managing network-related projects within a technical enterprise setting. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable running and managing projects using various task-tracking platforms. Success in this position involves leveraging agile methodologies, ensuring effective task tracking and prioritization, and managing change processes to support STS's network operations and infrastructure goals.
The Senior Program Management Lead-Network at STS will:
- Oversee and manage network-related projects using agile methodologies and SAFe agile practices.
- Utilize Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps boards, Kanban boards, Remedy, and other task-tracking platforms for project oversight and task management.
- Ensure effective change management oversight and process flow to support network operations.
- Track and prioritize tasks across various platforms, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and concise project documentation and reporting.
Education and Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years' position-related experience
- Significant experience in agile workflow management and oversight
- Experience with SAFe agile practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Teams, Azure DevOps board management, and change management oversight
- Strong detail orientation and the ability to manage projects from within teams

Required Certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
Skills:

Location:
- Maximum telework acceptable, but candidates are required to be located within a 50-mile radius of Washington, DC or Boyers, PA.
- OPM's current policy allows for a maximum of 3 days of telework a week. Policy is subject to change for the life of the contract.
