Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment. .
Duties:
- Research escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions
- Utilize terminology to assist with customer queries
- Analyze call center data to improve processes and customer satisfaction
- Assist with training new call center representatives
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills
- Multilingual proficiency,
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse customers
- Experience working in a medical office setting is a plus
