Job Overview:

Duties:
- Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Manage and maintain executive schedules through Google Suite and Outlook Calendar
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Oversee office management duties to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
