We are looking for a Front Desk Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team in providing excellent customer service to all guests, managing reservations, providing general administrative support, and other managerial tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, flexible schedule/on call availability and strong leadership skills . The Front Desk Agent will be the face of our organization and must be able to handle any situation with professionalism and poise.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Manage reservations and check-ins/check-outs.
- Provide information about the hotel, its services, and local attractions.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Handle guest complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
- Work with upper management on scheduling and BOH duties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
