Job Description: Logistics Account Manager (Sales)
Overview
We are seeking a Logistics Account Manager who has an entrepreneur mentality and desire to continuously identify new ways to improve customer satisfaction. The Logistics Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for prospective/existing clients and establishes relationships through clear communication and developing innovative transportation solutions.

- Generate new business through prospecting and leveraging MLM’s connected network.

- Provide services and pricing that meet customer’s needs to obtain business objectives.
- Dispatch shipments to motor carriers and follow customer service requirements.
- Develop a sales pipeline to ensure continued business development and growth.
- Work with the safety and billing departments to handle all carrier/customer issues promptly.
- Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned.
Job Requirements
o Ability to multitask and track multiple processes throughout the supply chain

o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
o Ability to use computers, software and other technology for inventory and communication purposes
o Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
